At Expert Witness Services, we uphold the highest standards of objectivity, accuracy, and professionalism. Our team is committed to delivering comprehensive evaluations that support attorneys in building strong legal arguments.
Areas of expertise
Our forensic experience includes forensic evaluation of criminal responsibility, diminished capacity, psychic harm (addictions, workplace, sexual assault, disability accommodations), psychiatric malpractice, civil rights violations and competency to stand trial. I have worked for both prosecution and defense in criminal and civil cases and have been independently retained by the court for civil evaluations. I also regularly appear in court on other civil matters, in particular treatment over objection hearings for incarcerated individuals. I work with hospital and correctional administration to assess quality of psychiatric evaluations and care and to assess medico-legal liability.
